An online ticket can be purchased 24/7 in our shop. You will receive your ticket directly and conveniently by email. It is flexibly redeemable according to our timetable , meaning a specific departure time does not need to be selected in advance. With your ticket, you can board directly without having to purchase a ticket on site.

No, there are no additional or hidden fees for you.

The price for a regular online ticket is identical to the selling price of a ticket purchased directly on site.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase tickets online by invoice.

Children between the ages of 4 and 14 pay a reduced fare. Family tickets (max. parents + 3 children) are available at a special price of €45.00 .

Groups (20 people or more / no online ticket available) can register directly by email and receive a written confirmation of the trip at the agreed group price. There is a reduced fare for youth groups and school classes if they register in advance!

Children under 4 years are free and therefore do not need a ticket.

Bicycles may be taken on board free of charge. No ticket is required for this.

Dogs are allowed on board free of charge.

You will receive your tickets in PDF format immediately after the purchase process to the specified email address. The tickets can be shown at the entrance to the ship on the smartphone display (digital) or as a printout (non-digital) .

You will receive a payment receipt in PDF format via email after successful order confirmation.

(After payment via PayPal, you will also receive a transaction receipt directly from PayPal)

Online tickets can be redeemed on the ships ASTORIA & BARBAROSSA of Veitshöchheimer Personenschifffahrt GmbH . Your ticket has a unique code, which is scanned by our staff at the entrance to the ship.

Unfortunately, individual seat reservations, especially on the open deck, are not possible for round trips due to organizational reasons. On board, our guests without a pre-ordered meal generally have free choice of seating. In case of very high occupancy, our crew may assign seats on site.

Event tickets are date-specific, limited in number and only available during a specific period. These can be additional trips, existing scheduled trips on a special day or period (e.g. holidays) or exceptional promotions.
